Most podcast studios sell bundles. We don't. We list every service with its individual price because your show isn't the same as anyone else's. A solo narrator recording monthly doesn't need the same support as a weekly interview show with remote guests. Pay only for what you use. Add services as your show grows. Drop them when you don't need them. No contracts lock you in.

We've produced audio for 53 independent podcasters since 2021. Sixteen of them started with just editing. Nine now use our full production pipeline. The rest sit somewhere in between — and that's exactly how it should work.

Which services do you actually need right now?

Starting from zero? You probably need: a consultation call (free), distribution setup (€90), and editing for your first few episodes. Total launch cost under €200 for most shows.

Already recording at home? Skip the studio. Send us your raw files. We edit, master, and return broadcast-ready audio. Add show notes if your SEO matters — it usually does.

Scaling past 20 episodes? This is where sound design and transcripts start paying for themselves. Branded audio builds recognition. Transcripts feed search engines and accessibility.

Common Pricing Questions — Answered Briefly

Is there a minimum commitment?

No. You can use us for one episode and never come back. Most clients stay because the pricing is fair, not because they're locked in.

Can I change which services I use month to month?

Yes. Add sound design for a special episode. Drop show notes for a month when you're writing your own. We invoice only for what we deliver.

What if my episode runs long — does editing cost more?

Editing is priced per finished minute, not raw recording length. A 45-minute episode costs the same whether you recorded 50 minutes or 90 minutes of raw audio.

Do you offer discounts for volume?

If you commit to 10+ episodes per quarter, we reduce editing to €3.80/min and show notes to €18/ep. No formal contract needed — just a verbal agreement and consistent work.

Trustworthy Audio Journeys is a small production house — two engineers, one project coordinator. We've been operating from our treated studio space since early 2021. Our background is in radio broadcast and audiobook production, which is why we obsess over loudness standards, noise floors, and clean dialogue.

We don't do video podcasts. We don't manage social media. We don't sell marketing funnels. We do audio — recorded well, edited carefully, delivered on time.

Privacy Policy

Trustworthy Audio Journeys collects personal information (name, email, phone) only when you voluntarily submit it through our inquiry form or direct communication. We do not sell, rent, or share your data with third parties. Information is stored securely and used solely to respond to your inquiry and, if applicable, to deliver services you request. We use a single localStorage flag to remember your cookie consent preference — no tracking cookies, no analytics cookies, no advertising cookies are deployed on this website. You may request deletion of any personal data we hold by emailing [email protected]. We will comply within 30 days. This policy was last reviewed in January 2026.

Terms of Service

By using this website or engaging our services, you agree to the following terms. All prices listed are in euros and are subject to change with 14 days' notice for ongoing clients. Payment is due within 14 days of invoice unless otherwise agreed in writing. Completed audio files are delivered via secure download link and remain available for 60 days after delivery. Intellectual property of the final produced audio belongs to the client upon full payment. We retain the right to reference the working relationship in our portfolio unless you request otherwise. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before a scheduled studio session may incur a €30 cancellation fee. These terms are governed by the laws of Ireland.
